I pledged the Clarkson colony of Theta Phi Alpha in spring 2006 of my freshmen yaer. My initiation into Theta Phi coincided with the chapter's installation as the Gamma Mu Chapter - what an incredible experience! My days as a collegian will always be remembered for the hard work it took to make a solid foundation for the chapter for years to come and, of course, all of the amazing memories we made. <3

As an alumna, I stay connected to the Fraternity and my own Chapter in as many ways as I can. I currently serve on my own chapter's advisory board; advise the Gamma Omicron Chapter at Utica College; am the founding President of the Northern & Central NY Alumnae Association, which supports our chapters at Clarkson and Utica; and am Pearl Protectors Chairman, working to save lost Theta Phi history. I was also recently appointed Director of Colonies, and I help with other Theta Phi projects on the side, which is fantastic - it's my favorite way to spend my free time! :)

When I'm not doing sorority stuff, I'm consumed by my graduate school work at Syracuse University. I'm getting an M.S. and Ph.D. in Child & Family Studies, studying intimate partner violence and sexual violence.

Clearly, I'm pretty interested in Theta Phi. :) Others include my grad work on sexual violence and intimate partner violence, women's studies, women's health, gymnastics, dance, hulahooping and such.
